Weather & Clothing:

The weather in the mountains can be very changeable!

If you are walking/skiing you will need thermal layers, ski socks, hat, scarf and ski gloves. You can hire ski outerwear once here if you do not have your own. You will need appropriate footwear for snow and ice.

Don’t forget sunglasses and sun cream, the sun can be very strong even if the temperature is low.

Please be aware that Tignes Le Lac is at 2100meters.

Tignes average low temperatures in March are -4°with highs of 12°. However, in the alps there are often warm days where the temperature can reach 20°at this time of year.

Schedule may change slightly due to weather conditions or guest request. Ultimately, this is your holiday & retreat. I am here to facilitate your trip, if there is consensus for more classes and workshops I will supply!


Cancellation 
40 Days or more prior to retreat date: Your payments will be refunded, less £115 of your non-refundable deposit.
14 days or less prior to the retreat date: payments are non-refundable.

A week of Pilates and Yoga. Nestled in the stunning mountains in Portugal, a chance to retreat, relax and be nurtured. 

Our week long retreats include a daily meditation walk, two classes and three home cooked meals designed to fuel your body yet be kind on the digestive system. Please know that all activities are optional, you can take as much or as little restoration as you need. You can turn up to as many or as little sessions as you want. You can explore the beautiful surroundings or find a corner to curl up in. Any extra private sessions can be booked in on top of the schedule upon arrival at the retreat.
