“Pilates classes have been perfect for me as a professional athlete, helping me focus on improving my flexibility and highlighting weaknesses in my core strength. Hannah’s classes were very welcoming to me as a complete beginner and have supported me as they became increasingly challenging. Followed by a sports massage – best two hours of my week!”

“After a back injury playing rugby I was referred to Hannah for some one on one Pilates to strengthen my core. After a couple of sessions I was hooked – and I signed up for a weekly class that I have been going to ever since! I’m amazed how much it has helped with my back – I haven’t had any back problems since and numerous coaches have commented on my improved mobility. Hannah’s sports massages are great – the combination of the two has allowed me to continue playing rugby – something which was in doubt 6 months ago!”
Amy Garrett (Pro women’s rugby)
The pilates class based at the Wasps sports ground is a calm and really focused environment – as a beginner I appreciate the various levels that are offered ensuring everyone is challenged without feeling overstretched. I love starting the week with a little gentle exercise, and with Hannah’s help I’ve seen progression and feel comfortable in this friendly and encouraging class.
Hannah is all around brilliant. I started her Pilates classes 5 or 6 months ago and have noticed a tremendous improvement in my flexibility, stability and posture on the bike. Now I am starting her sports therapy sessions to prepare my body for the up and coming road race season and looking forward to seeing the results. Thanks, Hannah!
