Like my massage practice, I like to tailor my clients training sessions to them. Each session is personal to the client. There is no one fits all involved in Composure Active’s Personal Training. Everybody is different so every client’s training session should be different.

After an initial consultation, I can assess the best way to get the most out of your sessions.

 Training with Composure can be as laid back or as intense as you like. You decide!


From the local park or the comfort of your home or garden, Hannah will travel to you and bring all the equipment you need.

Composure Active:

£65 per hour

£55 if you book three or more per month

£45 if you book six or more per month

Online Training

£45 online 1:1

£35 if you book three or more per month
