Her background in Psychology led her to study Wellbeing in the Workplace (particularly within Corporates; Willis and Diageo). She has a sound knowledge of what Employees are needing to grow more of, how Employers can reduce absenteeism, presenteeism and most importantly the factors that improve overall Wellbeing.
